Responsabilities:

  • Provide support to the team : budget monitoring, preparation of presentations, broadcast management, seasonal broadcast launch, filing, mailings etc.;
  • Manage and update the different client catalogs : products and summary evaluations of new products;
  • Ensure correspondance with the Acquisitions team: deal memo, material requests,etc..;
  • Ensure follow-up of the promotional material for all products;
  • Creating and updating records in Louise.

 

Qualifications:
•    2 to 3 years experience in the television or distribution fields;

  • Bilingualism (French and English);
  • Good judgement and organizational skills;
  • Team player capable of working in a high pressure environment;
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point;
  • Knowledge of database entry (an asset).

 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
