The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace.  The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.

A position is currently open on the Direct Marketing Communications team of Bell Residential Services—responsible for bringing the best in leading-edge TV, Internet and home phone technology and entertainment to Canadian consumers.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of optimization, loyalty and retention strategies for Bell customers.

 

You will need to partner closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Brand, Legal, and Finance as well as external creative and fulfillment agencies to drive the success of various campaigns.

 

Job Duties/Accountabilities:

  • Work with our creative agencies on the daily management of campaigns, from the brief to deployment
  • Provide leadership and coordinate the various project stakeholders
  • Ensure the quality of campaigns
  • Manage program budgets so as to meet revenue and call centre objectives
  • Work with agency and marketing teams to track campaigns and provide analyses to improve communication strategies
  • Perform other related tasks, as required, to support our Marketing Communications team

 

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, editing/translation, or any other related field or relevant experience
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in communications or content creation;
  • Strong direct marketing communications skills (digital and print)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to build and foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage several projects at once and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Takes pride in work and pays attention to details
  • Bilingual (French and English)
