Responsibilities:
• Check, code, track and distribute expenses reports for approval
• Code and distribute  Invoices for approval and payment
• Code and process freelance payroll for approval and payment
• Confirm process and track all Spot News payments
• Coordinate and schedule the assignment and maintenance records of the ENG News fleet
• Schedule non-union staff and track vacations
• Coordinate and order offices supplies 
• Maintain and update contact lists
• Plan and arrange staff events as required
• Compile and prepare reports and presentations
• Perform general administrative duties:  coordinate meetings, make travel arrangements, answer phones, schedule appointments, filing.  and processing mail
• Assist News management team
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Five to seven years working experience as an Executive Assistant
• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration and/or equivalent
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Keen attention to detail
• Superior writing and communication skills
• Respect for confidentiality
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt work processes accordingly
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage time constraints
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Organizer) and internet functions
• Digital technology friendly –willingness to learn a must
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a demanding work environment
