The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace.

The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.

 

Incentive Program Coordinator

 

The sales operations team is the backbone of Bell Residential Services segment, whose mandate is to support a fast-paced and ever-growing sales channels in delivering Bell Residential Services to new customers in Ontario, Quebec and Rest of Canada.

 

The team is seeking a well-organized and energetic Incentive Program Coordinator to support multiple sales teams through our national customer incentive program. The candidate will have an opportunity to work with a cross section of Bell departments and systems while helping to drive customer support


Key Responsibilities

 

  • Prepare incentive requests on behalf of sales teams
  • Prepare and ship incentives on a weekly basis
  • Manage incentive inventory
  • Monitor program  reporting for compliance
  • Support customer escalations
  • Other duties as required

 
 Critical Competencies

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
  • Quick learner
  • Able to master Bell internal systems with minimal supervision
  • Creative problem solver and detail oriented
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset
