The Field Services team thrives on providing installation and repair services for business and residential customers using the latest technology, including Fibre, Optical Ethernet, IPVPN.

 

The Shared Services group is currently seeking a dynamic, high performing individual who has a solid knowledge of Field Operation processes and systems as well as a background in project delivery to join our team.

Reporting directly to the Associate Director, the successful incumbent will be responsible to act as a Field Service Operation Analyst (FSOA) and/or Project Lead (PL) on Field related project delivery assignments.

 

The successful candidate will act as a Field Services liaison primarily working in partnership with Bell Business Markets(BBM) Marketing, Product Management, Sales and Operational Teams, Bell Technology, IS/IT and Field and Network Operations.  In this key role, the candidate must have proven experience in project management with the ability to meet tight timelines, the ability to track and manage multiple deliverables, strong organizational skills, self-determined to drive results and communicate to Director level teams and above.

 

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the Project Lead /Field Service Operation Analyst for Field Project Delivery
  • Partnering with field teams and project, process, system and technology groups to ensure processes, new products, services and technologies related to project delivery are managed and implemented flawlessly
  • Investigating the gaps in the current business processes and developing remediation plans to rectify them
  • Adhering to the Field governance process to obtain appropriate stakeholder sign-off during project life cycle
  • Creating a Project delivery plan to ensure that all partners and stakeholders are informed of the progress of all deliverables
  • Complete all required project delivery documentation

 

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

The successful candidate must have/be:

  • Strong written / spoken skills in English
  • Previous project management experience
  • A working background in Business Field Operations, more precisely in the ORS/Data/IP, Business Voice and DSL markets
  • Working knowledge of Field Systems used such as: FWFM, WACS, Action, SAP Portal, TIMng,  FSOS, ESPP, COPS,IPACT, EOM, TBS
  • Understanding of Business ORS, Voice, DSL, Data and IP products and services
  • Proven analytical / problem solving ability with exceptional attention to details
  • Excellent leadership and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Strong Self Management capability to work with multi-disciplinary tasks and projects
  • Flexible to work under pressure and meet deadlines, displays high sense of urgency
  • Strong aptitude to recognize opportunities for improvement and take appropriate action

 

Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Bilingual (English/French)
  • Business Analyst experience is an asset
  • University or college degree or equivalent experience
  • Project Management Professional or equivalent experience
  • MS Office skills, particular excellence in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Working background in Business Field Operations
