Event Coordinator (Contract 12 months- Bell Authorized)
Name and Description of Hiring Department:
The Residential Services Field Operations department has an immediate opening for a Event Coordinator to manage the planning and execution of kiosk events and product demonstrations for Bell internet, home phone and television. Working with the sales managers and external partners, the Event Coordinator will provide direction in the planning, execution and evaluation of events.

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills to manage a large number of details within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to sell concepts and ideas
- Ability to work independently and drive change
- Bilingual in French and English
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel
- Post secondary education or equivalent in a Business, Marketing or Communications discipline.
- Relevant work experience considered an asset.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
· Source new event opportunities
· Book events
· Manage event set-up requirements and execution
· Manage event contracts and payments
· Support event tracking and ad hoc event reporting
· Additional tasks as required
Working conditions:
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday (37.5 hrs per week)
