SMB Sales team report to the Bell Business Markets Sales organization. These groups offer Business solutions to small and medium business.
The Internal Sales representative role is a new job following the reorganization in the sales groups.
Job Duties / Accountabilities:
- Accountability for acquisition, retention and growth of Bell Canada’s revenue base from existing mid market customers
- Single point of sales contact for customer base
- Responsible for the customer sales relationship/ accounts for his/ her client base including decisions and activities with the virtual team
- Offers full MID market suite of products and services including customization of mid market level solution
- Business level understanding of emerging technologies and communicates its strategic impact to the client
- Presents moderately complex technical IT solutions to a non-technical audience predominantly over the phone, or in a face to face conversation if required
- Track and report on personal activities, funnel input, and closed business on a daily / weekly basis
- Assist in the coordination of the efforts of internal and external partners
- Accountable for the completion of the SOX checklist to aid in ensuring compliancy
Essential Qualifications / Competencies:
- Knowledge, understanding and use of proven sales concepts
- Moderate to basic technical in internet working and connectivity
- Capacity to explain moderately complex IS/IT solutions to a non-technical audience
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and independence
- High motivation and strong desire to succeed
Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of Bell ICT and other Alliance products and services
- College education or Bachelor in business or related field or /and 3-5 years of sales experience in IS/IT industry
Working Conditions:
- Need to be available to work Monday to Friday between 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Work schedule might be changing depending on business needs
- Overtime as required
