Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of ‘Brand Specialists’ across our Much, MTV & M3 brands to optimize revenues, leverage and develop business opportunities for our clients/advertisers across all our platforms
- Work closely with all Sales teams to devise unique integrated marketing opportunities for clients based on their brand objectives and develop presentations by working with the following internal teams: Creative Agency (On-Air Promotions & Design), In house TV Production, Independent Production, US Distributors, Marketing, Programming, Digital Content, Legal, Communications & Finance
- Oversee all aspects of the execution to support revenue goals across our TV, digital, social and mobile platforms
- Represent our brands and be the senior point of contact for clients for any Brand Partnership related issues
- Identify influences, trends and characteristics of the marketplace to prompt innovative new business efforts
- Protect the integrity of our brands while meeting the needs of our advertisers
Qualifications:
- 8+ years’ work experience in a brand partnership or sponsorship marketing role
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Team leadership and mentoring experience
- Strong understanding of brands and the media industry
- Solid experience working in a creative environment with great writing skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Be able to work independently and take initiative while at the same time being an effective team player within a cross-functional organization
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a very demanding, fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly
- Outstanding presentation skills, including a strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
