Bell Business Markets provides a vast array of communications solutions for small, medium, and large organizations. These include managed data and network solutions, cloud computing, conferencing, Web, security solutions and integrated information and communications technology (ICT) services.

Position Description:

Bell is looking for an experienced Client Executive to generate revenue by selling architected solutions in the areas of wireline and integrated communication services within our BC sales business segment.

Job Duties/Accountabilities:

The successful candidate will be accountable for the following:

* Identify and qualify prospective customers through assigned customer account list
* Partner with customers through strategic and consultative sales approach to understand their business needs, issues, strategies, and priorities
* Present, propose, negotiate, close and deliver valued business solutions
* Achieve and exceed established quarterly/annual sales quotas
* Develop, implement, and manage actions to cross-sell and up-sell services across all lines of business within each customer account
* Compile and manage comprehensive account plans and strategies to reach and exceed targets
* Grow and manage accurate funnel opportunities
* Team with applicable pre and post resources to ensure end-to-end customer sales satisfaction and growth momentum
* Continue to train and develop knowledge of new technologies and selling skills
* Document all initial and on-going customer contacts
* Manage new and renewal contract negotiations
* Responsible for the attainment of fiscal revenue and profit objectives
* Lead RFP response strategies and deliverables
* Establish regular interval meetings with assigned customers to ensure retention of existing business and identify areas of new revenue growth

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

* Must be able to attend on-site customer appointments on a daily basis
* Excellent communication, presentation, qualifying, closing, and negotiation skills
* Advanced account management skills
* Strong experience in Team Leadership, Time Management, Business Case & Financial Analysis
* Advanced understanding and experience in Telecommunications: Voice, Data, UC and ICT
* Advanced understanding of contract negotiations
* Education: BA/BS preferred or equivalent, coupled with relative work experience
* Relevant Work Experience: 5+ years business sales experience, minimum of 3 years within the telecom or IT industry, selling complex telecom services to Mid and Enterprise customers
