Responsibilities
- Assist Engineering and Digital Media (DM) working with client/business units to determine project requirements, timelines and potential budgets, resource availability, risk and potential solutions; to identify the key project stakeholders
- Coordinate and manage engineering & DM resources and availability
- Manage and Lead all internal stakeholders and contributors throughout life cycle of a project
- Track project(s) timelines and budgets
- Review the Business Requirement Documents (created by the Business Analysts as applicable) to identify resource requirements
- Produce high level status reports of projects for the Senior Manager, Program Management
- Participate in the development, deployment of project management processes and principles for project implementation
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 3 years of experience working with and managing engineering and software development projects in the media industry.
- Proven experience working directly with clients groups to define project requirements and track and communicate progress
- Proven experience managing and assigning project resources
- Proven experience working and coordinating with established 3rd party solution providers as part of development cycle – including the sourcing of new vendors when required
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and facilitation skills
- Proven experience in Budget Management
- Ability to motivate project teams to accomplish set goals
- Understanding of technology systems and their components
- Relevant certification in project management
