Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager supports the planning and execution of the marketing strategy, campaigns, and product launches to drive
subscription and retain customers for CraveTV, while ensuring brand integrity and optimizing the consumer experience.

Description of Duties:
• Develop integrated marketing plans to build brand equity and awareness for the CraveTV brand in Canada
• Develop and manage marketing promotions on traditional and digital media platforms designed to acquire new and retain existing subscribers
• Ensure brand integrity across all marketing executions and the consumer brand experience
• Brief creative and media teams to meet deadlines
• Optimize digital, search and social activity
• Work with the Media and Research teams to analyze & interpret data points across owned and paid marketing efforts, and present feedback to optimize performance
• Support Affiliate Marketing initiatives and identify new partnership opportunities to drive subscription revenue
• Manage relationships with Creative, Media, Product Development, and Programming teams to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Work with the Research team to track and analyze competitive activity and develop best practices
• Track and manage marketing budget
• Mentor and lead direct reports
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of proven success in a digital marketing role or marketing a digital product is an asset)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Post-secondary education in the areas of Business or Communications are an asset knowledge of and passion for the media and broadcast industry
• Great interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Results-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Creative thinker and adaptable Strong project management skills and the ability to multi-task
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
