Bell Business Markets provides a vast array of communications solutions for small, medium, and large organizations. These include managed data and network solutions, cloud computing, conferencing, Web, security solutions and integrated information and communications technology (ICT) services.
The infrastructure service team is responsible for the provisioning activities related to the resale of equipment and maintenance services (Outright sales) to the Bell Business Market customers. We are seeking a dynamic, innovative and highly motivated manager with a proven track record to support our internal and external partner teams.
The ideal candidate is someone who focuses on results and has strong analytical skills. He or she will be responsible to lead a multidisciplinary team. Their tasks include ensuring delivery of equipment and services to customers and the continuous update of the data relating to the customers’ files.
Description of Accountabilities
Leading and coaching a motivated team of Sales Fulfilment Consultants and Design associates for Voice, Data and System/Storage solutions. Ensuring customer satisfaction and effective business operations for Bell Enterprise customers with regional and national focus.
Maximizing Customer Loyalty
- Accountable to deliver operational excellence for end to end service provisioning at customer defined levels.
- Provide input and participate in planning sessions to evaluate corporate projects and business solutions.
- Cultivate, develop and maintain a positive customer relationship while managing the customer expectation.
Employee Management
- Maximize employee effectiveness through development and growth.
- Effectively conduct Performance Management process with all direct reports.
- Plan, direct supervise and evaluate work flow.
Internal Process Management
- Create opportunities to drive cost reduction and re-work elimination.
- Develop and improve business processes to increase efficiency and department productivity.
- Ensure application of organizational policies and procedures by keeping current of new products, services and policy/procedures changes and changes to regulatory framework.
- Ensure the compliancy of Sarbanes Oxley requirements (SOX) within the organization and mentor quality to improve quality by monitoring the weekly audits and analysis.
Value Management
- Increasing opportunities to contain and reduce cost and protect revenue.
- Assist in productivity gains by monitoring work statistics.
- Aggressively participate in success of section to deliver cost effectiveness through productivity gain.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:
- Knowledge of related processes: finance, accounts payable
- Experience in a unionised environment
- Knowledge of Bell’s Infrastructure Services Outright sales - products, services, systems and processes
- Knowledge of UT+, UDB, BSS, Alliance & SAP
