An integral part of our customer service focus, includes contact centres across Canada supporting all of our Bell Mobility and Bell Residential Services customers. Our  Customer Operations team is responsible for strategy, design and delivery of core call centre tools and processes, including queue strategy, routing, and call monitoring tools.

Loyalty and Retention – Competitive Insight Reporting & Offer Forecasting Specialist

 

As a key member of the Competitive Offer Strategy & Analytics team, this Specialist is responsible for managing business resources through predicting offer spend trends, analyzing key drivers in the competitive environment, and taking the lead on key budget development. They will spearhead key reporting initiatives and perform analyses on competition-related drivers of churn.

Job duties/ Accountabilities:

  • Lead development of key budgets and forecasts to better predict competitive offer spend
  • Analyze and understand response campaigns in order to derive insights to be shared cross-functionally
  • Assess and predict competitive trends in order to better size opportunities in following years and provide insight and recommendations

 

Critical Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Business or Commerce
  • Experience in a strategy or analytics role
  • Knowledge of SAS and SQL; ability to comprehend and understand coding
  • Quick learner with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within  team
  • Understanding of financial reports and able to work with business cases
  • Strong presentation skills and an ability to effectively communicate
  • Advanced proficiency both MS Excel  and Power Point
  • Energetic self-starter who thrives in a face-paced environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in analytics, reporting, and strategy planning
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to negotiate and influence others
