Bell Business Markets provides a vast array of communications solutions for small, medium, and large organizations. These include managed data and network solutions, cloud computing, conferencing, Web, security solutions and integrated information and communications technology (ICT) services.
The Small Business Door-to-Door team plays a key role in the Bell Business Market organization. We are a unique and dynamic customer facing team who interacts daily with business clients, on a face to face basis. Through effective and efficient fact finding, we provide the client with a total solution to enhance and improve their operation.

The Manager - D2D Sales is accountable for the day to day vendor management and management of all components of the program from end-to-end for attaining and exceeding specific sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for the following:
- Relationship management of an external sales vendor
- End to end management of the D2D process
- Manage a team of 10+representatives. Coach and manage performance
- Communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately
- Rethink, be creative and improve the performance of door-to-door sales
- Provide ongoing coaching and guidance
- Develop and execute incentive programs to drive sales
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
- Minimum 2 years experience in management and direct supervision of staff in the last year
- Furthermore candidates will have proven demonstrated abilities in the following:
- Previous sales management experience
- Vendor management
- Strong teamwork and team leadership skills
- Solid Sales and Marketing experience
- Ability to address/resolve roadblocks impacting attainment of organizational goals
- Solid experience in managing relationships internally and externally with customer and suppliers
- Solid verbal and written communication skills, Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
- Financial, political and business acumen
- Analytical skills and decision-making
- Knowledge of Bell products and services
- Knowledge of Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Be available to work from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:
- Coaching and motivational skills
- Knowledge of Bell processes and procedures
