Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required.
Responsibilities:
• Review and Maintaining CRTC Logs & Files for Conventional Services
• Responsible for understanding and interpreting CRTC and industry regulations and Station licences
• Filing and maintaining of accurate CRTC logs to the CRTC
• Responsible for Overnight data and weekly Verified information to Bell Media Research and Mediastats, BBM
• Data input of various CRTC related programming information into various Programming Databases
• Prepare and maintain licence monitoring reports and other reports as required
• Liaise with various departments and personnel throughout the Company to ensure accuracy of information
• Other duties as required
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years previous traffic experience required
• Fluent in English
• French language an asset
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy are essential
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain strict deadlines in a fast pace environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment or alone
• Good telephone manner and ability to deal with various people
• Competent with various computer programs, i.e. Orion, Broadview, IBMS and Columbine
• Proficient in a windows software environment including strong working knowledge of Word and Excel
• CRTC knowledge preferred
