Responsibilities:
• Lead production management of all digital projects from a design perspective
• Assessment of project plans with respect to scope of work, delivery items and deadlines
• Thoroughly understand and communicate requirements to appropriate team members
• Set priorities and manage production calendars and delivery deadlines
• Work closely with various internal departments, including the Development and Products teams, to define and clarify all creative needs
• Work directly with Creative Directors and the design teams to meet requirements and set creative standards
• Act as an internal liaison facilitating open communication between teams
• Attend various team meetings; provide meeting notes and recaps
• Manage daily status documents and conduct regular status meetings for all projects
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• 5-8 years production management experience
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines of several simultaneous projects, while maintaining focus and composure
• Solid understanding of digital product development, production and workflow
• Superior planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Must be organized, accurate and have attention to detail
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to the work required
• Exceptional communication skills both oral and written
• Excellent computer skills – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience relating to iOS/Android or Web application development an asset
• Experience working in a creative based organization an asset
• General knowledge of graphic software related to digital production an asset
Location: Time will be spent between the downtown location 299 Queen Street and 9 Channel nine, Scarborough location.
