Partnering with management and non-management Network Provisioning employees to effectively administer tasks related to staffing schedules, time quotas, payroll and report generation within a Corporate and District framework
Job Duties / Accountabilities:
- The successful candidate will be expected to do the following:
- Build, assign and coordinate the workload based on objectives proactively or in real time
- Analyze, plan and adjust (short/medium/long term) activities and work in accordance with needs
- Analyze data and results to produce statistical reports
- Revise work volume forecasts taking into consideration various parameters.
- Identify opportunities to reduce operating costs, make recommendations and/or take appropriate action
- Explain results, procedures and justify discrepancies to diverse stakeholders
- Contribute to the organizations operational excellence
Essential Qualifications / Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- MS Excel intermediate level (formulas, projections)
- MS Word intermediate level (creating documents)
- MS Outlook intermediate level
- Motivated self starter with a proven high capacity to learn
- Innovative and creative with a positive attitude
- Strong team focus and the ability to work well with internal and external customers
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with others (leaders, associates, interdepartmental groups etc) over the phone, face to face and/or in writing
- Ability to deal with ambiguity using judgement and experience
- Ability to motivate others to adjust their work to the changing priorities
- Solid focus on the Leadership Attributes
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- High degree of diplomacy and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:
- Knowledge of Action Scheduling system
- Ability to work in a very fast paced, ever evolving job environment
- Willing to take on new challenges and solve problems with minimal direction
