Location: 299 Queen St W. Toronto  
Salary: Unifor 723M, Group C - Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required.

 

Responsibilities:
• Organizing and delivering all show assets (i.e., footage, stills, music, etc.)
• Liaise with and support all InnerSpace production staff 
• Music cue sheets (implementation and maintenance)
• Tracking of all assets (implementation and maintenance)
• Liaise with business affairs to ensure clearance of all third-party material
• Logging and maintaining the show library
• Co-ordination and administration for the show, including research assistance
• Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of production experience
• Strong knowledge and interest in Genre/Sci-Fi/Fantasy, Videogames, and Technology
• Excellent organizational skills
• Post-secondary degree in TV production
• Scheduling, multitasking personality working under minimal or no supervision
• Exceptional communication skills - dealing with contacts, clients, talent and production personnel
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work on a tight deadline
