Bell Business Markets provides a vast array of communications solutions for small, medium, and large organizations. These include managed data and network solutions, cloud computing, conferencing, Web, security solutions and integrated information and communications technology (ICT) services.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Continuity, the selected candidate will have the responsibility to support customers for the Disaster Recovery Test. He will insure that contractual obligations and laws regarding disaster recovery and business continuity are respected for the Serve group.
- Participate to Disaster Recovery projects;
- Maintain harmonious business relation with the customers;
- Insure we are meeting our obligations;
- Insure the development of Disaster Recovery plans for the Serve group;
- Organize and coordinate disaster simulations. Coordinate plans and procedures updates following the simulations;
- Participate to bids for Disaster Recovery matters;
- Insure the first level of escalation to resolve complex situations and deal with difficult situations;
- Act as a subject matter expert with the customers and Serve group.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- College or equivalent.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years experience in a technical environment.
Schedule and availability:
- Be available to work evenings / nights and weekends.
Skills:
- Good knowledge of Bell IT, network and security operations;
- Knowledge of office automation tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and MSProject);
- Bilingualism written and spoken;
- Certification ITIL, ABCP, CBCP would be an asset.
