The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace. The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.
The Product Solutions team at Bell Residential Services (BRS) is at the forefront of new product innovation and enhancements to voice, video, and internet services utilizing the most advanced fibre network. Our mission is to identify, develop, deploy and manage the hottest next generation services, like Fibe TV & Fibe Internet, that simplify and enhance the communication experience for the Canadian consumer at home and away.

Role and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sr. Product Manager, you will assist the team with the following responsibilities:
- Forecast, analyze and report on fibre deployment
- Perform analysis to support recommendations on future network deployment
- Maintain and optimize the fibre network database for key internal stakeholder groups
- Prepare and present executive presentations on strategic issues such as the choice of technology options to connect the home
Skill Set and Competencies:
- Organization, coordination and strong time management skills to handle multiple demands and deadlines
- Ability to confidently work within cross-functional teams and influence decisions
- Superior Excel skills and knowledge of PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Understand the importance of detail and how it links to the big picture
- Appreciation for and understanding of telecommunications technology
- Ability to understand customer experience and pain points
- Quick learner and able to hit the ground running on new initiatives
- Financial analysis skills would be an asset

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
