The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace. Job Summary:
The holder will act as a representative for all residential customers in all matters relating to sales of products and services, billing, requests and complaints.
Primary responsibilities
- Answer calls of all residential customers for all products and services offered by Bell FiberOP regarding the sale, billing, claims and various applications
- Proceed in the complete analysis of the client’s needs and assess sales opportunities during each customer contact while promoting the company’s products and services
- Handle all requests, complaints and claims of customers on all aspects of the customer service
- Treat the orders by respecting the quality and accuracy of information and assure coordination for the execution of the deadlines
- Meet sales targets as well as the objectives set by the service (service quality index, sales conversion rate, average talk time, number of calls answered, etc.)
- Promote the principles of personalized service in all contacts with customers
- Maintain and ensure close monitoring of agreed follow up with customers
- Perform any related work necessary
Minimum requirements:
- Administration DEC or equivalent work experience
- Experience in sales (an asset)
- Knowledge of computer tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
