Job Title: Associate Circuit Design
Name and description of the hiring department:
The logical and physical assignment and provisioning group is responsible for the design of circuits, the management of access capacity, the inventory of equipment and the configuration of routers in the IP portfolio. We produce the physical and logical design records for IPVPN. This team of highly motivated professionals is proud of its ability to react quickly and efficiently to this quickly changing sector of the telecommunications industry.
Job Duties / Accountabilities:
- Receive and analyze infrastructure requests from network clients
- Verify that the order data are correct and if necessary, follow up to obtain required information to complete the order
- Inventory the CO and specifications related to the location of the client in TARS and PVC OARS
- Create, assign and emit 879 forms and installation orders in TARS
- Design the logical path in PVC OARS and NRMS
- Manage the IP addresses for all of the connected equipment
- Create, assign and emit designs for all CSAP orders
- Create and emit all CE and PE router configurations in FOCUS
- Collaborate with the following groups: Project Management, Network Access, Network Engineering (Broadband and IP services) and Business Office
Essential Qualifications / Competencies:

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:
- Knowledge of the systems TARS et MTWO and 879 forms
- Knowledge of ATM, IPVPN and DLSAM services
- Knowledge of the NRMS and PVC OARS databases
- Mastered use of MS Office tools (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Working Conditions:
- Work hours 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
- No possibility of teleworking
