The Bell Mobility team offers a full range of wireless products and services for residential and business customers, including the largest selection of superphones on the fastest and most advanced network technology.
Reporting directly to the Manager Reverse Logistics, the Reverse Logistics Analyst is responsible for the development and implementation of the DOA policies and procedures.
Job Duties/Accountabilities:
Return to Vendor
- Prime contact for Vendor Return Authorization requests
- Tracking Return to Vendor discrepancies and inventory adjustments
- Act as liaison between Vendors and Bell
- Liaise directly with the Finance Department to ensure credits are received on a timely manner
Inventory Management
- Monitor and analyze blocked inventory and ensure return to vendor schedule deadlines are met
- Liaise directly with the Associate Buyer’s and Product Fulfillment to ensure all product launches, de-listments offer a comparable warranty
- Liaise directly with the warehouse on Return to Vendor discrepancies and communicate any discrepancies and make any necessary inventory adjustments
- Work closely with the warehouse to ensure repackaging materials are available at the warehouse for damaged product
- Periodic visits to the warehouse to resolve and discuss DOA related issues
Product Launch
- Communicate any warranty changes through the updating of policies, website
Key Accountability:
- Provide support and guidance on Bell’s DOA Policy
- Coordinate with AP and finance comptrollers on GRIR/RTVPO activities
- Bell contact for all escalations that relate to SBE performance with DOA
- Collect and prepare a monthly DOA credits analysis by Vendor
- Prepare weekly reports for outstanding DOA credits issued by vendor
- Implement a Quality Assurance process and ensure that minimal errors occur
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
- College or university education, preferably in Business Administration and 2-3 years of customer service and/or marketing experience
- MS Excel Intermediate level
- Product knowledge in wireless, wireline products
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and excellent ability for analytical thinking
- Superior written communication skills and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong decision making skills
- Works well within immediate and extended teams and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Access
