Responsibilities: We are looking for a dynamic “big ideas” creative thinker to take client campaigns to the next level on CTV.ca. The successful candidate has a track record of working with sales/account teams to develop industry-leading digital media concepts for top-tier clients. The Manager, Creative Solutions, CTV Digital has a ready-to-impress toolkit of creative ideas that span social, video, mobile, etc. to assist sales/account teams win new business. With a strong project management background, the candidate is responsible for working with the Sr. Producer to determine timelines and costing and ultimately overseeing the successful execution of sold digital projects.
• Pre-Sale: Lead brainstorming, logistics and strategy meetings to envision opportunities for existing and future campaigns.
• Post-Sale: Manage the production workflow in the execution of microsites, online advertising creative, sponsored features, promotions and contests liaising with the internal production team and outside vendors.
• Manage production timelines and communication both internally and externally.
• Ongoing: Own the internal rate card and find new opportunities to build CTV. ca’s roster of digital products.
• Always look for ways to improve margin by highlighting revenue opportunities and ways of reducing costs.
• Managing a direct report
Qualifications:
• Excellent time and priority management skills and a proven history of timely delivery against articulated time-lines and work-back schedules.
• 3-5 years’ experience managing project managers or producers.
• Solid understanding in digital development, online analytics and design skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a keen sense of relationship building.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Well developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
