The Corporate Security and Responsibility group provides best practice security solutions to support the organization. Numerous projects must be deployed to enhance the protection of our employees, partners and customers, the environment, our network and our operations. The Governance group is responsible for program and project governance under Corporate Security and Responsibility, as well as for program and project monitoring, employee training and awareness on security issues, the documentation life cycle, the Security and Responsibility intranet sites and the corporate records management program.
We are seeking a candidate for the position of Specialist, Program Governance and Performance Reporting. Reporting to the Senior Manager Governance and Records Management, the successful candidate will primarily be responsible for keeping track of program and project performance and generating progress and performance reports.
Responsibilities
- Keep track of program and project performance under Corporate Security and Responsibility.
- Work closely with the Vice-President, Directors and other members of the department to generate program and project performance reports primarily intended for senior management
- Work closely with the Vice-President, Directors and other members of the department to position program and project progress in light of our priorities and strategies
- Work closely with the groups under Security and Responsibility to update or revamp the content on their web pages.
- Define a visual identity for the Security and Responsibility group's reports, presentations, web pages, documents, and training,.
- Analyze the groups' web page visits to ensure the best customer experience for visitors.
Critical qualifications/competencies
- Ability to deliver clear and concise messages via written communications, charts and graphs
- Minimum of five years' experience in the preparation and layout of reports and presentations for senior executives (examples are required)
- Excellent command of English and French, and impeccable writing skills
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork and negotiation skills
- Ability to work on several initiatives simultaneously and identify and manage priorities
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail, creativity, autonomy and initiative
Preferred qualifications/competencies
- Communications experience
- Project management experience
The incumbent must successfully go through extensive background verifications including but not limited to criminal record and reputational checks.
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
