An integral part of our customer service focus, includes contact centres across Canada supporting all of our Bell Mobility and Bell Residential Services customers. Our Customer Operations team is responsible for strategy, design and delivery of core call centre tools and processes, including queue strategy, routing, and call monitoring tools.
You are someone who:
- Can interact easily with customers
- Has strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Is a team player
Your time will be spent tackling the following challenges:
- Answering customer calls regarding sales, billing, claims and various requests concerning Cablevision products and services
- Checking the accuracy of information contained in customer files and making any necessary corrections
- Promoting the company's different offers
- Performing any other related tasks
The selected candidate must have:
- A college diploma in administration or a related discipline
- Pertinent customer service experience
- Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet
Working conditions:
- Employment status: Temporary, fulltime position (maternity leave replacement)
- Work location: 45 Hôtel de Ville street, Val D'Or
- Work schedule : Monday to Wednesday between 8h00am-6H00PM, Thursday and Friday between 8h00 AM – 9H00PM and Saturday: 9h00AM to 5h00PM
- Availability to work evenings and week-ends is required
