The Marketing Specialist, Marketing Communications – Business Markets, reporting into the Senior Manager, Marketing Communications is primarily responsible for the end to end management of integrated campaigns including: mass advertising, direct marketing, sales collateral, customer communications etc. This position will partner with multiple cross-functional groups such digital marketing, product marketing, corporate communications, sales and channel partners and legal counsel as well as various external creative, content, media and digital agencies.
Key success factors & responsibilities include:
- Execution of our marketing activities to support Atlantic Canada
- End to end management of integrated campaigns, from briefing to performance analysis.
- Establishment of campaign cadence as it relates to adherence to timelines and work back schedules and working with marketing and product partners to establish project funnel and flow. Also manage and optimize contact strategy across all touch points and segments
- Maximization of marketing communications budget to achieve positive ROI across metrics such as direct mail response rates, cost of acquisition, web visits, click through rate, revenue generating units etc.
- Finding new opportunities with Bell Mobility and developing strong partnerships with other business partners and functions (legal, brand, corporate communications, channel, Bell.ca and public relations).
- Ability to manage multiple agencies (advertising, media buying, content developers etc.) and multiple projects/campaigns
- Ability to partner and collaborate with marketing/take to market team members.
Critical Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of communications and/or marketing experience; experience in advertising, or direct an asset
- University degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration
- Strong organizational skills in executing multiple communication projects simultaneously
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage change in a high pressure environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focused, team player, innovative and self-motivated
- Skilled in Excel and Power Point
- Strong analytical skills
- Bilingualism (E/F) is an asset
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:
- Telecom and B2B experience an asset
