Name and description of hiring department:

The Control Centre Team includes members of the Control Center and the field support teams which include the Assignment , Test Centers (voice and cables) and technician dispatcher.

 

Job Duties / Accountabilities :

  • Ensure a constant answer on the queue.
  • Constant verbal communications with technicians.
  • Save the coded order by taking action rapidely  
  • Analyze the ordered that was coded and take action

Essential Qualifications /  Competencies :

  • Diplomacy and Tact
  • Customer focus
  • Ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to many changes
  • Very good team Spirit
  • Good geographical knowledge of areas                                                                                                                                                 
  • Ability to move from one responsibility to another
  • Taking prompt decision
  • French = Fluent in the language with no significant limitation
  • English = Working ability to carry out normal business in the language

 

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies :

  • Good knowledge of computer systems: CLICK, TWI, GUT, FWFM, GDE, BCRIS, FSOS

 

Work Condition:

  • Possibility of five days per week, Monday to Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., rotating schedule for Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.       
  • Environment call center, Must be available 7 /7 days
