The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace. The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.
The BRS sales team is focused on driving cost efficient, high quality transactions which drive the highest possible revenue through program analysis, performance management and program execution. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager, Online Sales. This is an excellent opportunity for a person who is highly motivated and energized. The individual will be driving the BRS organization’s analysis and program execution that drives our success in our online shop experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the success of overall company performance including revenue growth
- Performance analysis leveraging online, market and customer data.
- Analyze sales performance, highlight important up and down trends and recommend action where necessary.
- Analyze web traffic and patterns and make recommendations to optimize sales conversion and task completion.
- Develop, recommend and implement programs which will accelerate revenue performance through online channels.
- Identify new opportunities to grow the online contribution to Bell Residential Services (BRS) activation and revenue plan.
- Work closely with the Bell.ca operations team, Bell Residential Services (BRS) Marketing and Marketing Communication teams.
- Provide analytical and data-driven decision-making support for key projects.
- Deliver program ideas and status updates to the BRS executive team.
- Clear and concise communication regarding obstacles that may impede goals.
- The successful candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, analytical and energetic thinker who works hard and who can rally a cross functional team to a common objective.
Critical Qualifications:
- Work within an Degree in business or relevant degree/experience.
- Strong Understanding of Web site and Usability best practices.
- Experience in marketing or online campaign measurement development and execution.
- Experience with analytics tools (ideally Omniture, or similar).
- Must have proficient MS Exel and PowerPoint skills.
- Proven track record of turning data into meaningful analysis.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and proven sales experience.
- Ability to think clearly and address complex situations with simple solutions.
- Proven ability to be highly analytical, autonomous and self starting.
- The ability to initiate and handle a variety of projects or commitments simultaneously and keep track of important details and follow up on delegated assignments
- Effectively interact with a broad array of people, roles, and levels in the company.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience with marketing strategy and communications.
- Bilingual in French and English
