The Manager of Retail Sales Excellence will execute the roadmap for best in class retail programs to drive sales performance and to deliver an exceptional client experience in our stores.  They will consistently gather feedback from sales leaders and analyze program impact to suggest updates or modification to our retail strategies and programs.

 

Duties:

  • Working in conjunction with internal and external partners to achieve sales, service, and operational objectives through a commitment to flawless execution across our Consumer Electronics, Wireless and Bell Residential Service categories.
  • Leading the successful development and execution of programs that support product, service and campaign launches at store level that elevate our retail and customer experience including Annual and monthly sales incentive programs, Communications and sales support tools, Channel hype and readiness.
  • Measuring effectiveness of channel programs and recommends modifications as required.
  • Utilizing current technology and social platforms (social media, video etc.) to support new product introductions or changes in sales strategy.
  • Leading a team of multiple direct reports and supporting their ongoing development and on-the-job performance.

 

Skills we’re looking for:

  • University degree with a focus on Business Administration, Marketing or other equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to persuade and influence.
  • Experience in a large organization and the ability to work with cross functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Demonstrate passion for people and customers.
  • 5 years retail or channel experience (telecommunication, general merchandise and/or consumer electronics).
  • Team and personal leadership including coaching, mentoring and empowerment is an asset.
  • Bilingualism is an asset (English and French).
