Job Description:
The Bell Residential Services – Field Operations department is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide ongoing support to the back office team for the on boarding and management of new hires. The ideal candidate will have strong self-management skills, organization and planning abilities . This is an entry level position.
What we are looking for?
* 1-2 years of administrative experience
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint Outlook)
* Fully bilingual in French and English
Critical Competencies
* Strong organizational skills, with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* High attention to detail
* Ability to identify problems and offer timely solutions and improvements
* Demonstrated ability to take initiative, be proactive and work autonomously
* Customer service orientation
Job Responsibilities
* Work in close collaboration with managers and recruiters to ensure timely distribution of tools and resources for employees.
* Manage the ID creation process for all internal and external employees
* New hire on-boarding
* Create and modify trackers and matrices with confidential data
* Bi-weekly invoice coding
* Resolve administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communication solutions.
