Responsible for the scheduling of the TSN Presentation Coordinators and LIVE requirements of the TSN Programming schedules.
Job duties / Accountabilities:
* Comprising and maintaining a schedule for the Presentation Coordinators, covering all LIVE show and surrounding integration
* Scheduling and maintaining the LIVE Closed Captioning needs to meet our CRTC license requirements
* Review daily transmission reports and investigate Closed Captioning losses
* Follow closely the daily schedule and program changes of the five TSN networks
* Assist Network Presentation Manager with LIVE event coordination details
* Coordinate on-air presentation needs with Coordinators, Scheduling, Communications, Marketing, Traffic, Master Control, Production, etc
* Other duties as assigned
* On call during off hours as required
Essential qualifications / competencies:
* Post secondary education in a broadcast related course or equivalent programming or production experience
* Proven scheduling experience in a multi-functional environment
* Exceptional strength and experience in attention to detail and accuracy is a must
* Strong communication skills
* Enjoy a fast paced environment with an aggressive, ever changing schedule
Work conditions :
* Available to work from Monday to Sunday
* Overtime shifts as required
* Work schedule might be changing depending on the business needs
