Bell Business Markets provides a vast array of communications solutions for small, medium, and large organizations. These include managed data and network solutions, cloud computing, conferencing, Web, security solutions and integrated information and communications technology (ICT) services.
The Role:
In this role you will be responsible for representing the Bell Business Market on various workflow processes, process improvements, productivity enhancements and new product introductions that will help drive growth.
Accountabilities include:
* Represent Sales organization (Medium and Large enterprises, Aliant, External Sales Channel and West)
* Lead process design and documentation for process, product or marketing project implementation
* Analyzing and validating the impacts of system, functional or process changes.
* Provide input to, and collaborate with, business planners on financial and productivity benefits and business case development
* Lead sessions with partners to facilitate project status reviews and governance
* Collaborate with Bell IT partners to facilitate and elicit project requirements and scope definition
* Identify, prioritize and manage ongoing operational issues and key deliverables
* Subject Matter Expert and key point of contact to provide advice and counsel on operational impacts as they relate to the project.
* Lead project components such as, business process and change management documentation, communication plans, action registers and logs
* Define user testing, satisfaction and support the user acceptance testing process
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
* Proven business analysis
* Developed experience in creating process mapping skills/ workflow charting
* Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills (clear, precise verbal and written skills)
* Ability to define conceptual solutions by documenting current and future mode of operations.
* Ability to define business requirements that describe the solution and mode of operations.
* Knowledge of one of the following environments:
* IP Broadband including IPACT and EOM
* Managed Services
* Strong aptitude to recognize opportunities for improvement and take appropriate action
* Have the ability to influence and gain stakeholder alignment
* Strong influencing, negotiation and risk management skills
* Flexible to work under pressure and meet deadlines, displays high sense of urgency
* Have effective project management skills
* Have the ability to time manage / prioritize work under aggressive timeline
* Bilingualism
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:
* BA experience
* BA Certification
* University or college degree
* Previous exposure and understanding of Business Systems and Architecture
* Strong understanding and experience with change management principles
* 1-2 years relevant job experience
