The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace. The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.

JOB TITLE: Account Executive - Existing MDU Sales (Contract)

Information on Division/Hiring Department:

The MDU Sales team is being expanded to support the significant service footprint expansion. This team requires individuals to be business savvy, customer oriented and willing to go the extra mile to close the sale.

Job Description:

Bell Residential Services is presently recruiting for the position of Account Executive, Existing MDU Sales. The candidate will build relationships and negotiate contracts with residential condo corporations, property management companies and rental MDU landlords in the GTA region.

Job Duties/Accountabilities:
- Identifying, establishing and developing marketing and access partnerships with condo boards, property management companies and rental MDU landlords within assigned sales territories
- Conducting formal and informal presentations to senior managers and executives
- Negotiating marketing and access agreements for Bell residential services
- Exceeding assigned territory quotas for homes passed and units under contract
- Managing the sales process through to service implementation and customer satisfaction

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
- Minimum 5 years of sales/account management in the residential condo or landlord market
- Strong sales skills, particularly in prospecting, cold calling, relationship development, funnel management
- Experience in complex contract negotiation
- Extensive knowledge of Bell and competitor services in the residential market.

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with excellent presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills – someone who enjoys having fun in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Strong negotiation experience
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Detail oriented, strong analytical and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products including Word and Power Point software

Requirements:
- Post Secondary Degree/Diploma in a Sales/Marketing or equivalent work experience is required.
- This position requires a minimum of 2-5 years experience in an outside sales position.
- Relevant industry experience considered and asset.
