Name and description of the hiring department

The Business Satellite TV sales team sells to mid & large business clients coast to coast. Its mandate is to grow market shares both in terms of client base and revenue.

The successful candidate will report to the Sales Operations Manager and will work closely with the Sales Specialists. The candidate will be responsible for all administrative activities supporting business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills and analytical thinking looking to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Task and Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the administration of customer contracts once they are fully executed by Bell, included but not limited to:
* Advise clients that their contract has been fully executed and make arrangements to mail them a copy
* Upload contract details into the CRM system
* Enters contract data in Programmer Payment Module
* Responsible for the coordination of a subset of customer installations. Drive the kick-off calls and provide customer and internal teams the work back schedule and associated execution expectations.
* Produce and distribute on a weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis various CRM reports and sales reporting documents
* Answer Business client questions and refer to the appropriate party
* Code the department’s invoices in APSS and approve Purchase Orders
* Liaise with various departments ensuring the follow through on Sales support requirements
* Assist Sales with revision of customer facing documentation and internal communication
* Responsible for the monthly payment of incentives to the various sales partners that provide Sales with opportunities
* Assist in the development and execution of company initiatives which may involve working with internal and external clients
* Responsible for conducting adhoc customer surveys related to the quality of service
* Support Sales with getting and maintaining access to the CRM system
* Perform administrative duties such as scanning, filing and creating files to support Sales
* Responsible for the real time update of sales bonus payouts and provide finance with supporting documentation when sales payments are due

Essential skills and competencies :

* Self-discipline and the ability to work in an unsupervised environment
* Able to critically evaluate and manage information gathered from multiple sources
* Analytical thinking - able to analyse results from reporting to insure accurate delivery of information
* Ability to juggle several projects at once and to set priorities appropriately
* Detail-oriented with an eye for accuracy
* Ability to question the status quo in order to suggest improved ways of working
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers via telephone
* Good organizational sense
* Ability to communicate with people from all hierarchy levels
* Bilingual English and French, both written and oral (French & English 5-5-5)
* Solid intermediate knowledge of Ms Excel (create reports)
* Intermediate knowledge of Ms Word (create documents dedicated to both internal & external)
* Basic knowledge of PowerPoint
* Good general knowledge of Ms Outlook

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

* Knowledge of the tools (SFDC, CWT, PPS)
* Excellent understanding of Internet technologies

Working conditions:

* Working hours from Monday to Friday – Business hours.
