Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to President, Vice-Presidents and Managers
- Administrative support includes arranging travel, calendar management, expense reports, screening calls, mail scanning, filing, and creating files and presentations, etc.
- Co-ordinate and execute on on-site/off-site meetings and company events including logistics, catering, agenda, materials, minutes, and follow up
- Prepare and distribute the materials/reports/minutes of Manager Meetings
- Maintain corporate confidentiality at all times with sensitive materials
- Write/translate letters, memos, reports, and documents when necessary
- Work on various projects (independently and with others) as delegated
- Various other administrative duties as delegated
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ related work experience
- University or College graduate
- Complete confidentiality/professionalism is an absolute must
- Exceptional organizational skills including the ability to be proactive, multi-task and meet deadlines with little supervision. Ability to work in a positive, team environment
- Independent, resourceful, detail oriented, welcomes innovations and change
- Strong follow-up skills
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer Proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Photo Editor
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
