Responsibilities:
- (Logs) Responsible for all aspects of the daily commercial log, write-on commercial spots to correct time period or sponsorship break. Monitor logs for product conflicts within break; ensure product exclusivity is not violated. Ensure all PSA’s and Promos are entered and all open time has been filled. Revise program break structure as requested by operations. Deliver completed log to master control.
- (Copy) Responsible for all aspects of commercial copy assignment. Enter agency instructions into Columbine, IBMS or Orion traffics systems; ensuring required commercial tapes are in-house and dubbed and that all approval numbers have been assigned. Resolve spot discrepancies with advertising agencies and Bell Media Inc. sales.
- (Inventory) Responsible for clearing of all airtime orders. Ensure proper coding of each order complies with standard coding practices and revenue management guidelines. Issue program changes to sales and alter contracts to reflect program changes. Work closely with revenue management to resolve any inventory issues.
- (Programming) Responsible for the entering and maintaining the program schedules within the traffic system. Enter breaks for commercial, promo, billboard, bumpers and ID’s as per program formats. Enter CRTC codes and segment lines.

Qualifications:
- Three years related experience in broadcasting or advertising agency preferred.
- Candidate enjoys working in a team environment.
- Enjoys working under pressure of constant deadlines and last minute revisions.
- Demonstrates initiative and strong organizational skills. Must be able to prioritise.
- Ability to work with detailed information quickly yet accurately.
- Strong communications skills.
- Broadcast College an asset.
