Responsibilities:
Install and support a variety of broadcast equipment including:
- On-air Automation Systems
- Video file servers
- Graphic creation and playout systems
- Non-Linear Editing Systems
- Windows/Mac/Unix Operating systems.
- Networking systems
- Data Storage and Asset Management
Qualifications:
- Experience with Broadcast equipment such as automation systems, graphics devices, video servers and signal processing equipment.
- Experience working with server hardware, network systems, and SQL databases within a Broadcast environment
- Post-Secondary education in computer systems, electronics or television related studies.
- Experience working with computers and networking systems within a corporate environment.
- Competence in troubleshooting complex problems under tight timelines
- Candidate must be well organized, self-motivated but able to work in a team environment.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must be able to work evening and overnight shifts.
