Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week. Overtime as required based on operational needs.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the daily scheduling and trafficking of all on-air promotional material for CTV Two
* Work closely with the Bell Media Agency, marketing team and local Promotion Managers to develop and execute media plans and identify promotional opportunities
* Tracks promo activity for stakeholders
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience with database management and current office related experience.
* Previous experience in broadcast traffic/scheduling preferred
* Knowledge of the Orion traffic system or other broadcast traffic systems
* Strong computer knowledge including MS Word and Excel software, and Outlook
* Media planning experience an asset
* Strong communication skills essential
* Flexible and well-organized.
* Must be detail oriented
* Positive attitude and ability to respond to last minute requests and changes
* Proven ability to function efficiently and troubleshoot in a high-volume and deadline oriented environment a must
* Must be able to prioritize and work independently
* Strong team player with customer focus a must
