Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of the daily log in IBMS, including attaching templates to event profiles; processing program advisories; ensuring programs are ingested; placement of spots to correct time period/program; monitor log for product/sponsor conflicts; correct count of commercial minutes per hour on the log; timing out the log to tolerance through input of PSAs and Promos
- Responsible for all aspects of commercial copy assignment, including the input of agency instructions into IBMS; creating and maintaining copy rotation rules; ensuring required commercial tapes are in-house and ingested
Qualifications:
- Experience in broadcasting, advertising or sales is an asset
- Ability to work under pressure to inflexible deadlines
- Prioritize tasks with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
