Systems Representative I (Bilingual) – Unifor Atlantic
Bell Aliant continues to be the leading communications provider in Atlantic Canada offering innovative information, communication and technology services including voice, data, Internet and video. We are the first company in Canada to cover an entire city with fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) technology with its FibreOP™services.
Bell Aliant is currently accepting applications for the Temporary Full Time (6 Months) Position of Systems Representative I (Bilingual) within the Human Resources Service Centre in St. John's, NL.
System Representatives are employees responsible for production and maintenance of data from Company, functional, and scheduling systems. Required to enter and analyze data, produce reports and recommend solutions based on analysis. Routinely interfaces with internal parties to satisfy requests for informationand may interface with external customers.
Qualifications:
Successful completion of a post secondary certificate, diploma, or degree program in arts, business, science or technology from a recognized institution
OR
One (1) year of continuous related work experience in administrative support and formal training that includes the successful completion of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word training.
Bilingualism (English/French) is required
Ability Requirements of the Position
Physical:
Sitting for long periods of time, wearing a headset, working with a computer and using a 10-button telephone set, simultaneously.
