Role:
Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be accountable for driving deep business analytics for predicting and improving performance of how we recruit.
You will leverage insights and analytics that will be key to how we shape our recruitment strategies and the various change initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Opportunity to use analytical techniques (predictive modelling and forecasting) to process large volumes of data from multiple sources into actionable opportunities
Manage incoming recruitment analytics and reporting requests and engage stakeholders to understand the underlying business problem, base assumptions and desired outcomes
Prioritize recommendations (according to impact, cost, feasibility, or other criteria) for consumption by higher management.
Be the key leader of projects and analytics requests (scorecards and reports).
Collaborate with stakeholders on the planning and delivery of Talent Acquisition projects
Design and introduce new processes and solutions to drive efficiency and quality of Talent Acquisition

Critical Competencies
* 2+ years experience in business intelligence, analytics or related disciplines
* Ability to translate to make evidence-based decisions
* Experience managing enterprise wide projects involving several key stakeholders
* Working knowledge of SQL, SAS and/or data modeling and/or experience with predictive analytics
* Advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint skills
* Experience in developing automated reporting
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English
Preferred Competences (Nice to haves)
* Talent Acquisition Experience with agency or corporate experience preferred, with a history of results & excellent performance
