The Bell Mobility team offers a full range of wireless products and services for residential and business customers, including the largest selection of superphones on the fastest and most advanced network technology.

The wireless campaign & execution team is seeking a dynamic, innovative and strategic marketing specialist to define, develop and execute targeted wireless campaigns to drive acquisition and growth.

Reporting directly to the Manager, Consumer Marketing and Execution, the ideal candidate has a passion for marketing, ideally with direct marketing and channel experience. They need to be capable of interpreting results and data to generate insight, and formulate concepts and campaigns to deliver results. They are strategic and analytical with the ability to think outside the box and drive new, unique approaches.

It’s imperative that the candidate is proactive and continuously seeking new opportunities to drive acquisitions, revenue and win market share.

Key Responsibilities:

* Interpret marketing and customer data to identify new opportunities on how to best target and appeal to customers
* Define, develop, and execute targeted campaigns to accelerate wireless, reduce churn and grow revenue
* Work cross-functionally with market insight teams, product, pricing, marketing communications, channel and IT to develop and execute campaigns end to end
* Identify and define targeting strategies enabling new opportunities to drive wireless acquisition
* Work hand in hand with product and pricing teams to create attractive, relevant and cost effective offers
* Develop and create clear and concise marketing briefs and work with marketing communication/brand to create market ready content
* Define measures of success and acquisition/sales targets by channel and product and track results accordingly, altering approach as needed
* Create compelling and strategic marketing presentations to drive buy in and alignment across business units and stakeholders
* Actively contribute to the overall marketing planning cycle
* Effective communication, issue management, and status reporting

Required Competencies:

* Bachelors degree in business
* Direct/target marketing experience preferred
* Strong analytical skills in order to be able to interpret data and generate insight and action
* Experience and understanding of the marketing planning lifecycle such as product, pricing and marketing communications
* Strong financial acumen
* Telecom experience considered an asset is a must
* Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with the ability to get things done by influence
* Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box when developing concepts, approach and offers
* Experienced in developing strategies and influencing stakeholders
