The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace. The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.

About the Role:
As Outbound Sales Representative you will represent Bell in the promotion and sale of Fibe TV and Fibe Internet, Bell TV, DSL Internet and Home Phone services by outbound calling potential customers from our lead generation program. In addition, you will support promotional in-store events and grass root venue in an effort to generate leads and close new customer sales.
You will be part of a sales team supporting field territory managers, in the role of supporting referral vendors in closing customer warm leads, back office support, and maximizing and developing our referral distribution network.

What is offered:
* Competitive hourly wage + commissions. Expected earnings 35-60K depending commission level tier achieved:
* Training program to help you master your role and ongoing coaching to ensure your success.
Job Responsibilities:
* Attract residential customers to purchase Bell Residential Products and Services at referral vendors and special event kiosks when needed
* Follow up via outbound calling potential Bell residential customers in the promotional and selling of BRS products and services
* Process customer sales attained via our internal systems
* Follow up with customers to make sure orders are processed correctly and that the customer experience is of high standards.
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with referral vendor partners and the clients it serves for the purpose of creating sales leads and closing sales by selling their clients Bell Residential Services.
* Leverage existing internal sources of sales leads and identify new sources of opportunities for sales through referral and lead generation programs.
* Document and submit sales orders on a timely basis.
Qualifications:
* Must own a vehicle in good condition and a valid driver’s license.
* Clear driving record and background check.
* Must have access to the internet at home.
* Proven sales and marketing experience with emphasis on customer service.
* Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
* Have a strong skill in business development.
* Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
* Highly motivated individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Knowledge of the telecommunication industry a definite asset.
* Must be fluent in written and spoken English and French
* Strong customer service experience
* Experience and proven track record in outbound sales via the phone
