The BBM Staffing Office leads the sourcing of talent for contractual resources for the delivery of BBM solutions.
We are currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for our Mississauga Office who will share our drive to continually find the best qualified person for the right job
The Role:
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of the Staffing Office, your key responsibilities as a Recruitment Coordinator will include:
* Coordination and scheduling of candidate interviews, offers and related tasks
* Assist with maintaining our Applicant Tracking System, (Bullhorn) and our Vendor Management System (Fieldglass)
* Responsibility for addressing user issues with our Vendor Management System
* Manage pre-hire paperwork and ensure process compliance
* Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
* Work closely with Bell’s group of staffing vendors and maintain excellent working relationships with same
Critical Requirements:
* 1 to 5 years experience in Human Resources or Administrative function
* Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is beneficial
* Strong attention to detail is mandatory
* Ability to solve problems independently
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
* Thrive is a rapidly growing organization and be eager to contribute to new programs, procedures, ideas and practices while adopting those that are already in place
* Proficient in Computer skills including in Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems and Vendor Management Systems
Preferred Skills:
* Bilingual (English and French) is an asset.
