Name and description of the hiring department:
The Regional Resolution Team includes members of the Control Center and the field support teams which include the Assignment and Test Centers (voice and cables). Our goal is to organize and distribute the workload to the various installations and repair technician.
Job Duties / Accountabilities:
The associate of the Service provisioning and activation is responsible for ensuring a constant response on the queue. During these calls, the associate will resolve and support technicians facing several issues requiring knowledge such as repair, installation, fiber, high speed, etc., while taking action in several systems. The primary responsibility of the associate boils down to respond appropriately in a timely manner to questions to allow the technician to give a good customer service.
* Answer calls from technician’s to resolve and coordinate on line activities related to installation and repair.
* Investigate the orders and the course of provisioning throughout the various systems in order to find anomaly
* Provide the assignment, programming and activation of various complex network orders within the parameters of behavioral and technical quality
* Adhere to the Works Schedule
Essential Qualifications / Competencies:

* Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Strong ability to work under pressure
* Ability to communicate with multiple hierarchies efficiently
* Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

Working Conditions:
* Business hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 9pm and Saturday and Sunday 7 am to 7 pm. The shift hours are assigned based on seniority, skills and business needs
* Possibility of overtime especially during periods of increased activity (May to September)
* Possibility of consecutive weekends
* Call center environnent
