Position: Associate Producer, Sportscentre

Location: Agincourt
Salary: (News Division Group 3 - $952.44 - $1427.06 per week
Commensurate with qualifications and experience)
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required

Responsibilities:
- Write and produce SportsCentre updates
- Write and produce SportsCentre update for CFTO News at Noon
- Assist SportsCentre producer with show production (coordinator shifts)
- Write and package in-house news features

Qualifications:
- University/College education in broadcasting or journalism, or equivalent work experience
- 3 to 5 years of demonstrated editorial, journalistic and production skills
- Thorough sports knowledge
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated creativity
- Demonstrated writing skills
- Familiarity with linear and non-linear editing
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Familiarity with all television formats, past and present
- Ability to work well in a team environment
