The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace. The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.

If your answer to those questions is an enthusiastic “yes!” then you may be the person we’re looking for to join our dynamic team as a BRS Retail Sales, In-Store Training & Support.

Job duties / Accountabilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for the following:
- Maintaining high in-store execution standards
- Training, educating and coaching all store personnel on Bell residential products and selling solutions
- Liaise with various internal project teams to obtain project information in order to train and execute in the retail channel
- Lead train the trainer sessions (i.e. communication of offers, price changes, new products, etc.). Conducted via Face-to-face and conference calls
- Liaise with BRS Retail team to oversee the design portion for new offers and training manuals
- Lead In-store coaching sessions and In-Store Meetings
- Provide daily and weekly updates on session covered including feedback and any action items
- Ensure store merchandising compliance
- Provide sales support by following-up in a timely manner to ensure store maximizes activation opportunities
- Solidify Bell relationship with our Retail partners and take initiative to exceed expectations
- Ensure client conflict, objections and concerns are resolved
- Act as a BRS ambassador by professionally representing the organization in accordance with the Bell value standards

Essential skills / Competencies:

The successful candidate must have:
- Strong leadership, training and coaching skills
- The ability to effectively handle multiple, high priority tasks, at the same time
- Strong and confident independent thinker
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional time management skills
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop an environment which inspires employee involvement and teamwork
- PC Proficient – MS Office, Windows environment
- Valid Driver’s License and their own Vehicle

Preferred skills / Competencies:
- Previous management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills – someone who enjoys having fun in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Strong knowledge of Bell’s ordering, installation and billing systems and processes
- Bilingual in English and French (For Quebec Position)

Working Conditions:

* The job requires employees that are flexible in hours of operation and are willing to put the time into the job to provide our customers with top quality of service
* 12 month contract
