The Role:
Bell Canada is seeking an energetic, seasoned and client focused Recruitment Manager to partner with the Bell corporate stores team. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition and directly supporting the VP of Corporate Stores, the Recruitment Manager will lead the recruitment strategy and build strong relationships with hiring managers through the delivery of value added service through the full hiring lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
* Leading hiring managers across the recruitment lifecycle from requisition through to the candidate’s offer letter
* Manage a team of specialists and coordinators across Canada, to effectively manage the day to day recruitment function
* Work with client, hiring managers and HR to ensure an accurate representation of openings inclusive of key factors for differentiating and prioritizing candidates
* Manage sourcing channels and execute strategic campaigns including, but not limited to internet, campus, job fairs, information sessions, referral and on boarding programs
* Develop and work within budgets, create metrics and forecasts to effectively staff according to business requirements
* Review current strategies including interview guides, assessments to ensure best in class quality of hire
* Support hiring managers through the interview process inclusive of offering coaching on interview/selection techniques and/or conducting interviews with hiring managers
* Ensure compliance with reference checks
* Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS (applicant tracking system)
* Facilitate coaching/training with hiring managers
* Assume ownership of the total candidate experience, ensuring candidate touch points provide a worthwhile experience
Critical Competencies:
* Undergraduate degree and/or college diploma and knowledge in the area of Human Resources or equivalent experience
* Minimum 7 years experience in a Human Resources or Recruiting related capacity including at least 5 years dedicated end to end retail recruitment cycle
* Experience managing a team in high volume corporate retail recruitment environment, inclusive of direct relationships with hiring managers, executives and candidates
* Direct experience in the delivery of processes, tools, programs and participating in the delivery of accompanying policies
* Proven ability to guide new hiring managers/recruiters through the recruiting lifecycle
* Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and networking abilities
* Excellent communication, presentation skills and networking abilities
* Exposure to building multi-channel active and passive candidate sourcing channels
* Demonstrated proficiency in creating and managing internal and external relationships
* Strong time management skills and initiative, and the ability to collaborate on project based work
* Proven ability to influence and work in a collaborative manner within a matrix organization
* Proficient with Applicant Tracking systems, assessments, and Microsoft office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
* Self-starter who thrives in fun, dynamic and extremely fast-paced environment
