Bell Business Markets provides a vast array of communications solutions for small, medium, and large organizations. These include managed data and network solutions, cloud computing, conferencing, Web, security solutions and integrated information and communications technology (ICT) services.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Business Performance Small Business Channel Reporting, you will be responsible for the structuring and delivery of various solutions across Bell Business Markets (BBM) to support project leaders with data gathering, insights, and analytics. Successful delivery of high value programs and/or projects will enable the operations teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Influence design, content, mock-ups, prototypes, usability evaluations and user testing for project deliverables through data analytics.
* Experience working closely with end-users to identify and establish requirements for, custom applications or package software in project mode or modification required to find a solution.
* Prepare methods/documentation/procedure for the introduction for new or change systems or processes.
* Design and introduce new processes and solutions to drive sophisticated BI processes.
* Implement defined documentation and programming standards for projects and provide a documentation framework including requirements, design, testing and deployment documents.
* Maintain and expand your knowledge of BI and current technology through training opportunities. Explore new sources of information to expand insight opportunities.
* Demonstrate strength and can build capability with peers in the following areas:
* Process Redesign - Map and evaluate CMO to build optimal FMO and improve Key Performance Indicators.
* Diagnostics - Investigate key problem areas to focus efforts and corrective action.
* Manage – Act as an intermediary and facilitator between the product teams and sales.
* Coordinate – Efforts required to provide weekly, monthly channel performance data for review with channel, product and executive teams.

Experience/Core Competencies

* Bachelors degree, or Masters with minimal work experience, in a discipline such as:
* Business analytics / business intelligence.
* Computer science.
* Management science / operations research or related area.
* Knowledge of, and preferably experience with, query languages such as SQL, and/or software development, and/or developing visualization tools.
* Demonstrated application of a wide range of analytical techniques to solve a variety of business problems.
* Deadline driven with excellent project and time management skills.
* Flexible and able to tackle duties outside of their usual scope of work when called upon.
* Strong leadership and consulting skills including the ability to help define a strategic vision and to motivate cross-functional team to achieve objectives.
* Highly analytical and understand the basic principles of working with large and complex data sets.
* Ability to leverage insights and opportunities from data and metrics to build strategies and make recommendations.
* Strong analytical skills with the proven ability to support various financial business cases and forecasts.
* Passion for uncovering business needs, identifying opportunities, and aligning efforts to ensure timely implementation.
* Ability to understand complex dynamics of working with multiple stakeholders with divergent interests.
* Proven conflict resolution skills.
* Familiarity with BBM call center ordering/billing tools/processes (BCRIS,NM1,WOT etc.).
* Bilingualism (English and French) is a requirement.
